From person to person. At work too.

We are experts in our field, united by a collaborative spirit and commitment. We are united by positive energy, passion, and team spirit. We work towards a common goal and enjoy both our work and our time together.

Why us?

Our logic is simple: if it’s important, we get it done.
We don’t focus on appearances, but on results. Plans are well-thought-out, roles are clear, and decisions aren’t left up in the air for weeks. You don’t have to raise your voice to get the job done.

Our working environment is safe and modern. We value precision, professionalism, and care in everything we do.

What we offer.

A job with substance

Projects where you can actually manage, not just put out fires.

Opportunities for growth

Greater responsibility leads to more impact and fair compensation.

A strong team

We support each other instead of looking for someone to blame.

Clear game plan

Goals, schedules, and decisions are visible, not hidden in a drawer.

A healthy work-life balance

Sensible work organisation, reliable tools, and commitments that are kept.

A good team isn't just made at work. As a team, we also meet on the sports field and at the Võhandu Marathon.
