The project covers nearly 5,000 m² of the eastern part of the Patarei complex—the most historically impactful and authentic area. The original prison cells, execution room, long corridors and prison yard with exercise yards have been preserved, conveying the building’s layered and complex history.
The development will focus on preserving and showcasing valuable historical heritage, combining an authentic environment with modern solutions. This is a large and sensitive project, where attention to detail and respect for existing architecture are essential.
