The football and athletics hall spans 80 metres. It is a modern sports facility with high-quality conditions for training and competitions, including a full-size football pitch that meets FIFA standards.
The hall features solar panels on the roof, and the building utilises smart, eco-friendly solutions—water from showers and sinks is collected, purified, and reused.
The high quality of the project cooperation was acknowledged by Viimsi Municipality, which awarded Bildgren Ehitus the title of Cooperation Partner of the Year 2025.
